We pride ourselves on using only fresh ingredients and food with bold flavors not found elsewhere, while maintaining and preserving the Mexican cultural and traditional roots. We stray away from having everything premade and sitting ready to be served. Everything here is made fresh to order and we only serve traditional dishes, to showcase what food is like in Puebla, Mexico. We believe good food should be reasonably priced, simple, fresh, and delicious!
